A friendly practice for the whole family

Our offices are warm and welcoming, and we treat our patients like family. We’ve been caring for families in Dunellen and Madison since 2011.

No two smiles are alike, so no two treatment plans are either. We walk you through every option and help you choose the one that fits.

We also know how busy school and work weeks get. We spread convenient appointment times fairly so every family keeps time away to a minimum, and we work hard to run on schedule.

Ways to straighten your smile

Every treatment starts with a conversation about what matters to you: how it looks, how it fits your routine and how long it takes.

  • Invisalign clear aligners

Clear, removable aligners, with a new set about every two weeks. You take them out to eat, brush and floss. Not everyone is a candidate, so Dr. Castagna checks at your consultation.

  • Clarity ceramic braces

Translucent brackets that blend with the natural color of your teeth and resist staining during treatment.

  • Traditional metal braces

Much smaller and more comfortable than they used to be. Pick from a variety of colored elastics, changed at every appointment.

  • Lingual braces

Custom braces placed on the back of the teeth, where nobody sees them unless you tell them.

For children, teens and adults

Children

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first orthodontic check-up by about age 7. Early treatment isn’t always needed, but an early look can catch small problems before they grow.

Teens

Braces or Invisalign, with appointments planned around school, sports and everything else.

Adults

We treat adults too. Ceramic braces and Invisalign are popular with adults who want a less noticeable option.
